Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Generate management financial reports and analysis on 3rd Party Spend and G&A expenses.
Coordinate closely with internal groups to develop Operating Expense forecast and budget vs. actual analysis.
Prepare service billings, and work with Finance on financial transactions in SAP.
Assist in preparation of department budget planning and reporting.
Review financial forecast submissions and business plans, develop forecast detail and summaries.
Support Business Planning Manager and research questions from management and prepare responses, often under tight time constraints.
Prepare and review analyses and back up information as required for the monthly presentations of financial results to the CPO, PLT and TPS.
Bachelors of Finance or Business.
Advanced in SAP, SIMS, ARIBA, and Excel.
Demonstrated experience analyzing data and providing insightful analysis and illustrating key cause and effect, business and value drivers with key stakholders.
Demonstrated ability manipulating data with excel and database applications.
2+ years experience in financial analysis, budgeting and general business with proven ability to discern and understand financial and economic cases and trends.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-discipline; multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills; strong team player and proactive communicator.
Demonstrates ability to clearly convey concepts and objectives orally; in presentations and in technical reports; both with all internal company stakeholders as well as externally.
Proven ability to effectively work with senior management.
