Equipment Sales Representative
Location: Oklahoma City – United States
The Equipment Sales Representative for M-I SWACO, a Schlumberger company advises customers on selection of products and services and is responsible for sales to an assigned customer list in a buying center. This newly formed role is responsible for the sales of all M-I SWACO equipment related products and services such as; Solids Control, Pressure Control, MPD, Downhole Specialized Tools (magnets, bypass subs). They will also be responsible for the Capital Sales of the same products and services to the Drilling Contractors. Successful Equipment Sales Representatives have high energy, a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, passionate, competitive, self-motivated, and work well in teams.

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains strong business relationships with customers
Sell products and services for M-I SWACO equipment product lines
Communicates weekly with Field Sales Rep’s, along with visits to the field monthly
Collaborates with M-I SWACO Fluids Sales Representatives, and other Schlumberger segments on joint projects to provide value based solutions for our customers
Actively use CRM tools to develop consistent and accurate opportunity pipeline
Prepare quotes/bids as well as performance/value based solutions to clients
Reviews and analyzes product/service performance with the clients
Compliant with the most up to date HSE standards
Qualifications / Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing, or sales.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a drilling-related environment or a minimum of 4 years in sales outside of the industry
Prefer a proven customer base in location job is being applied for
Proven Sales Leader and history of account growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with operations and customers
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
